What is Hiit AF ?

Hiit AF focuses on kickbox & strength high intensity interval training. Its a combination of boxing, kickboxing and full body strength training workout. You have a trainer that will guide you from start to finish so you will never feel like you’re left alone doing the same old routine over and over. The workout does change daily. It is fun, challenging, and effective. Every fitness level is welcome here at Hiit AF.

Trainers

Steven Liu trained in Tae Kwon Do for 40 years and had owned & ran 9 Round Kickbox Fitness from 2015 to 2025. He is extremely passionate about maintaining a healthy and active life style. Health and fitness has formed foundation of his social, academic and working life for as long as he can remember. In addition, he is driven and determined to help people towards achieving personal short & long term goals to stay healthy and fit.

Comfortable workout clothes with closed-toe gym shoes. Also bring water bottle & a small hand towel to wipe up that hard-earned sweat.

Yes, absolutely! You have a trainer on the floor with you from start to finish. We even demonstrate the work out for you to make sure you are safe and you are kicking and punching correctly.

Yes if this is your first class, we recommend you arriving 10 to 15 minutes before class starts. .

No, you are more than welcome to use our loaner gloves that we sanitize after each use. But if you have your own boxing gloves and hand wraps you are welcome to bring them

For the most part, we welcome all ages. For kids under 10 years old we do recommend 1 on 1 personal training classes just to get them started & to learn all the basic kicks and punches before they join the group training classes.

There’s a new session every 30 minutes. Our members will walk in, wrap their hands and stretch out before they jump into the Hiit AF circuit.
