What is Hiit AF ?

Hiit AF focuses on kickbox & strength high intensity interval training. Its a combination of boxing, kickboxing and full body strength training workout. You have a trainer that will guide you from start to finish so you will never feel like you’re left alone doing the same old routine over and over. The workout does change daily. It is fun, challenging, and effective. Every fitness level is welcome here at Hiit AF.

There are 5 Kickbox Hiit AF stations & 5 Strength Hiit AF stations. Each station is 6 minutes & our workout changes daily.
