What is HIIT AF?

HIIT AF is a kickbox and strength high-intensity interval training studio in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Each 45-minute class combines boxing, kickboxing, and full-body strength training across 10 stations, with a trainer on the floor guiding you from start to finish. The program changes daily, so you never plateau, and every fitness level is welcome — your first class is free.

Steven Liu brings 40 years of Tae Kwon Do experience and a decade of expertise as the owner and operator of a Kickbox Fitness gym from 2015 to 2025. Shantay, a dedicated kickboxing and strength trainer with 6 years of experience, shares Steven's passion for fitness.

Together, they are committed to empowering individuals to achieve their short- and long-term health and wellness goals through motivation, determination, and personalized guidance.
