HIIT AF is at 8160 Haven Avenue Suite 102 in Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730. We're just south of Foothill Boulevard on Haven, with free parking right out front and easy access from the 210 and 10 freeways.

How much does HIIT AF cost?

Unlimited monthly membership is $139 per month, with no contract — cancel anytime. A 10-class pre-paid pack is $300. Your first class is free, so you can try us before you commit.

Is the first class really free?

Yes. Your first 45-minute HIIT AF class is completely free with no obligation. Book online or walk in 10–15 minutes early and a trainer will get you set up.

How long is each HIIT AF class?

Each session runs 45 minutes. A new class starts every 45 minutes during operating hours. Members wrap their hands and stretch out before jumping into the 10-station circuit.

Do I need experience to start at HIIT AF?

No experience is required. A trainer is on the floor with you from the first minute to the last, demonstrating every movement and modifying it to your level. First-timers, athletes, and people returning after years off all train side by side.

Is HIIT AF good for weight loss?

Yes. The combination of kickbox HIIT and full-body strength burns 500–700 calories per 45-minute session and builds lean muscle. Member Gina R. lost over 60 pounds training with us.

Are kids classes available at HIIT AF?

Yes. We run Kids Kickbox small-group training that combines age-appropriate boxing and kickboxing technique with strength and conditioning. It builds confidence, discipline, and self-defense fundamentals.

Are there age restrictions?

We welcome all ages in our group classes. For kids under 10, we recommend our 1-on-1 personal training so they can build fundamentals before joining the circuit.

Do you offer 1-on-1 personal training?

Yes. We offer 1-on-1 personal training built around your specific goals — weight loss, conditioning, strength, or boxing and kickboxing technique. Schedule is flexible.

Do I need my own boxing gloves?

No. We provide loaner gloves that are sanitized after every use. You're welcome to bring your own if you'd rather.

What should I wear to HIIT AF?

Wear comfortable workout clothes with closed-toe gym shoes. Bring a water bottle and a small hand towel. No special equipment needed for your first class.

Should I arrive early for my first class?

Yes — arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class starts. Your trainer will walk you through the station layout, get you fitted with gloves, and answer questions before the warm-up.
